Reviews and Ratings
The hotel room had a cozy feel to it but unfortunately, it had a lingering smell of smoke. The service was fantastic, especially the lady manager who was very friendly, despite some issues with the heating system and soundproofing. The location offered beautiful riverside views, but it was a bit tricky to find via house streets. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with cold food being a common issue. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel is cozy but comfortable, offering quiet and comfortable rooms overlooking the car park. The service, especially the friendly manager, was exceptional, making the stay enjoyable. The Riverside location with lovely views enhances the relaxing atmosphere, although access via house streets initially may be tricky. Dining was good, but with some minor cooking issues, and there were some limitations. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few drawbacks.
The hotel is located by the river in a gorgeous area, with a very nice bar and dining room. The rooms, although comfortable, have a dated decor. The staff appear willing but suffer from a lack of adequate training. Dining experience was fantastic, cooked to my liking, but breakfast was on a self-service basis. Overall, a great hotel in a beautiful location.
